About the Almanzora Group of Friends

The Almanzora Group of Friends was originally started in 1998 as a means of sharing information, and giving advice to people who had decided to move to this beautiful area of Spain – the Almanzora Valley.

The Group is totally self-funding and not affiliated to any political or religious organisation.

Nicki Wakeman will be in the library on Friday 3rd December to give free blood pressure checks to members. She won't be in again until the beginning of January, so do pop in if you want to make sure that all is OK ready for the run up to Christmas.
We are delighted to advise that Nicki Wakeman from Angels Nursing Group will come into the centre on the first Thursday of every month to give free blood pressure tests to members.

There is no need to book an appointment. She will be there all morning (from 10:00 to 13:00).
If you could spare a few hours and would like to spend the time volunteering with some happy people, pop in and have a word with the team, or email us at almanzorafriends@gmail.com to arrange a chat with Sasha.

Thank you!
