Christmas Gathering, Dec 10 2022: Writeup

A very festive morning was had by everyone at our recent Christmas Gathering. A very special thank you to our carol singers – who are all members of the New Life Church near Los Menas – and Nicki, from Angel’s Nursing Group, who came as Santa’s Helper.

With our usual raffle, play your cards right, tombola and the offer of free books to our members on the day, we all enjoyed joining in with the carol singing, whilst enjoying mulled wine, mince pies and a range of Christmas nibbles provided by our committee and library team.

Thank you to everyone who attended and a big welcome to our new members who joined on the day. Special thanks as always to our volunteers, who helped make the day a huge success and in raising much needed funds for our local communities.
