Message from the Group President – Oct 2022

Thanks to all who came to our Open Day in September. We do value your continued support and work hard to make these events enjoyable. If there is anything you would like us to change/include please let us know.

Also please let us know if there is anything you would like changed or included in your monthly magazine. We always welcome ideas and/or articles from our members. Our editor has set up a new email address to send these to. Insert email address This will ensure that they are auctioned a soon as possible. She would love to hear from you.

And as far as thanks are concerned we are so grateful to Kate Salt who has been running our help desk for a whole year now!! She has helped so many people with Covid certificates, TIE, advising on the driving licence situation, health care issues and a multitude of other services. She is an absolute star.

The travel guys have also been beavering away for us and have organised a new trip – on Monday 14th November to the Planetarium in Seron followed by lunch at La Tejara hotel in Olula del Rio.

Finally, the time has come round again to plan our AGM. This will be held at the end of January 2023, date and venue to be advised. To attend the AGM you need to be in current membership. You can renew your membership from 1st November.
