Message from the President: July 2023

A reminder that we will be closing during the heat of August, opening again on 1st September. So please bring back your library books during July to give everyone a chance to choose something to read while we are closed. Thank you.

A shorter version of the August magazine will also be ready later in July with a view to keeping you entertained whilst escaping from the heat of the month.

The travel guys have organised a trip on 1st September to Vélez-Blanco, to take in the castle, the village and lunch. We will be taking bookings during July but could also open for an hour or two in August if needs be.

Also in September we have our next ‘Open Day’. Please put Saturday, 23rd September in your diary and we will publish more details nearer the time.
